Free and Pro access in Stripe test mode

• Added Stripe-hosted monthly and annual subscription checkout and a self-service billing area.
• Kept one leader-owned project and completed-report PDF export free; Pro adds multiple leader-owned projects and editable Word exports.
• Kept invited collaboration outside a member’s project allowance and made additional projects read-only if the project leader’s Pro access ends.
• Added Founding Researcher access for the first 50 registered users, with a one-year inactivity period and advance email reminders.

Research profiles, community totals, and project controls

• Added a short research profile after registration and editable profile fields for degree, organization, role, research area, and planned project.
• Added homepage totals for supported frameworks, registered users, universities or organizations, and source items.
• Added dashboard archive, restore, and protected permanent-delete controls, and reduced the database work required to open a project.

Clearer homepage feature guide

• Restored the core adaptation workflow as the main product story and grouped recent multi-measure, text-translation, deadline, and role-assignment improvements under a separate New features section.

Multi-measure projects and coordinated handovers

• Add several scales or measures to one project, with a separate name, reference or DOI, item target, instructions, and response options for each.
• Move directly from project setup into measure-by-measure source entry, with progress shown against each item target.
• Give accepted assignments a seven-day default deadline that assignees can edit, with handover emails and 9 a.m. HKT reminders on the due date.
• Assign more than one role to a member where the selected framework permits it; method-specific independence rules remain enforced.

Measure-specific instructions and response options follow the same translation and reconciliation stages as the items in that measure.

Guided cross-cultural adaptation workflow

• Framework-based stages, blinded forward translation and expert review, documented reconciliation, reporting outputs, and a tamper-evident audit certificate.
