Equivalence was designed and built by Norman B. Mendoza, PhD to make rigorous cross-cultural adaptation easier to coordinate and document. A licensed psychometrician, he has published more than 10 studies on scale development and adaptation. Drawing on a decade-long experience on adaptation work, he built Equivalence around the friction points he repeatedly encountered in the process.
Independent translation, blinded review, reconciliation, and audit records are difficult to manage across spreadsheets and email. Equivalence brings them into one guided workflow.
